Buyers may not be aware of how our ordering process takes place.

Minimum Order

Minimum first time order amount is $250.00 per shipping date. Minimum reorder in $100.00. Customers that have not placed and order within a 12 month period may be removed from our mailing list.

Terms

Goose Creek accepts the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Billing op tions such as C.O.D and Net 30 are available. All new accounts are credit card only accounts until credit is established. All net 30 accounts past due will revert to CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Credit Applications and Policies

Credit applications are available upon request. Processing time is approximately 3-4 weeks. The trade references listed must be accounts with which you are presently on Net 30 terms. These references should also be active accounts (purchases made within the last year). This must include an authorized signature of the person(s) guaranteeing payment.

Shipping

Goose Creek preferred method of shipping is UPS.

Shipping Charges

You shipping cost will be the rate charged by UPS or the freight company plus a handling fee. This will be added to your invoice. No Freight paid orders. Oversized and overweight items may incur additional shipping charges.

Goose Creek Orders

All orders must include you tax exempt number, shipping address, buyers name and telephone number. Be sure to include your invoice number and store name on your check when remitting payment. You may postdate an order to be received at a later date, however if you decide to change that date you must do so at least 3 week prior. Once an order has been processed for shipping, a 15% restocking fee may be applied for ship date changes within the 3 week period since we do not hold orders in the shipping area.

Returned Checks or Stop Payment Checks

A $50.00 fee is charged to your account for each NSF or Stop Payment Check. Your account status changes to CREDIT CARD ONLY. We do not accept postdated checks.

Late Payment

If for any reason your payment is late, a monthly service charge of 1.5% will be charged to your account.

Returns

You may return items to Goose Creek for a refund or credit (minus Shipping and Handling), however, certain restrictions apply.

Return Guidelines

Returns must be approved by Goose Creek. Returns must be reported to Goose Creek within 10 days of purchase There must not be any writing, pricing or any other marks on the item or the package The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items regardless of circumstance.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must keep the original carton and packing for UPS. Credits will be applied to your account and deducted from your next order. All prices, policies and terms are subject to change without notice. All prices are wholesale.

Mistakes Happen

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing, product information and product availablility. If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. Item pricing is valid for the most current volume only and override any previous volumes.
